	MCC Edinburgh Welcomes Rev Elder Glenna Shepherd
	MCC Edinburgh is delighted to announce the appointment, made by Reverend Elder Nancy Wilson, of the Rev Elder Glenna Shepherd as Consulting Pastor at MCC Edinburgh until the end of July 2009, and after as Temporary Pastor. Glenna will take up her post, with immediate effect, and will be working with us for 12 days each month until January 2010. Join us this coming Sunday at 6pm for worship for Glenna's first Sunday with us. All are welcome. Contact Rev Elder Glenna Shepherd.
	Letter to the Congregation from MCC Edinburgh Committee
	Dear Congregation, Over the past few months we have had many difficult situations to deal with, and work through, as a congregation. The reality of this means, we have given serious consideration to our ability to continue sustaining a functioning, healthy church. As ever it seems that MCC Edinburgh has weathered these changing times and remains committed to providing a Spiritual home for many people. Therefore as we continue on our Spiritual journey it is with a real sense of hope and well being that I am thrilled to be sharing the news with you that the Rev. Elder Glenna Shepherd will be joining us on a temporary basis as a Consulting Pastor. This will take effect immediately and Glenna will be in attendance at the Annual Congregational Meeting. Please hold our church and Glenna in your prayers. Next Sunday at 3pm we host our Annual Congregational Meeting. I would ask all of you who are members, to make plans if possible, to attend. This church belongs to all of us and we want everyone to be part of our spiritual journey together. I look forward to seeing you all next Sunday when we welcome our new Pastor to MCC Edinburgh. 	Annual Congregational Meeting - Sunday 24th May at 3pm
	Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday 24th May at 3pm. All members are invited to attend to take part in this important business meeting.
